Vendor Spaces

The Vendor Market is located in an open room attached to the lobby. At most, there will be four vendors allowed to set up in this space. Each space is approximately 8ft x 6 ft. There is enough room for a standard size folding table with chair space behind and enough room to maneuver around the table. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, displays, and setup materials unless otherwise discussed. If you need to borrow a folding table or chair, please communicate that at least two days prior to your booking. There is outlet access for each space if you need to plug anything in.

Is this for brand pop-ups?

No.

If you represent a cannabis brand and you would like to do an in-store pop-up, please reach out to your sales rep or contact the dispensary manager.

Cannabis brands generally prefer to be located on the secure dispensary floor.

This space is for local artisans, not for cannabis brands.

Question 3

How do I take payment?

Accepted Answer

That's up to you. You can take cash or use your own electronic payment device. You will have access to wi-fi.

Question 4

What should I sell?

Accepted Answer

Anything not on your prohibited list that your usual customers would like. Since you will not be located on the dispensary salesfloor, anyone will be able to walk in and view your merchandise. There is no age or I.D. restriction to enter the dispensary lobby. That being said, our customers will enjoy anything related to cannabis or "gardening." Our customer demographics are very wide, but lean towards an older clientele. Smaller dollar items will likely sell better as most customers shop in the dispensary with cash and come in already knowing what they want to buy.

Prohibited Merchandise

Accepted Answer

Anything Copyrighted by someone else. For example, The upcoming World Cup is heavily copyright protected and FIFA bans any unauthorised merchandise using phrases such as "World Cup 2026."

Alcohol Promotion. It is not legal for dispensaries to promote alcohol.

Explicitly Political. Merchandise supporting or opposing a particular candidate, party, or platform will not be approved.

If you need to cancel or change dates, please see your booking acceptance email and click on MANAGE BOOKING  as soon as possible and make the necessary changes so that we can offer your spot to a vendor on the waitlist.
